Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please read carefully

All allied health professionals with interest in vascular disease are invited to submit an abstract for the upcoming Spring '24 meeting on the 8th March 2024. Abstract submissions are open until 29th February 2024.

Guidelines for submitting your abstract:

• Abstracts should be original and of a clinical or research nature.

• Format of abstract:

– Abstract title should avoid abbreviations and be under 300 characters.
– A list of authors should be presented under the title with their affiliation. The intended presenting author should be specified on the submission form.
– Abstract text should not exceed 300 words 

– The abstract must be structured to include the following four sections:

Aims
Methods
Results
Conclusions

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

• Abstracts can refer to innovation in technology in a defined clinical context but should not contain logos, brand or device names.

• The successful abstract presenters will be expected to present at the meeting on 8th March 2024 for around 10 mins duration. Further instructions will be forwarded on the 29th February prior to the meeting if accepted.

• All abstracts must be submitted electronically only via the submission form.
